Doli EDC Controller T&M Materials Testing Software

Doli EDCi series electronic controllers can automatically recognize and calibrate sensors such as load cells, temperature sensors, LVDTs, strain gauges, I/O’s, elongation measurement sensors and vibration sensors.

It has a data sampling rate of 1000 Hz to 10 000 Hz according to the model selected from each channel per second.

Additional channels and cards can be added to the control system.

 Test&Motion Plus Dynpack Test Software

Test&Motion Software DynPack software is an advanced dynamic testing software module for controlling dynamic testers. Records and graphs data up to 10 kHz from all channels individually.

DynPack can be integrated with one or more EDCs at the same time. Thus making it possible to control multi-axis systems.

Dynamic testing software is suitable for dynamic testing applications in triangular, sinusoidal, ramp, sweep, sawtooth waveforms.

The user enters the test frequency, number of cycles and amplitude values into the software via T&M+ Dynpack and the tests continue without the need for an additional operator intervention.

Compatible with Windows 2000 / XP / 7/10.

It has an oscilloscope window where actual values and adjusted values can be viewed instantly.

It has convenient menus to set functions such as cycle preload setting, cycle counter, test end criteria, limit value settings.

It has PID settings menu.

It allows the simulation of fatigue tests determined by the Import data feature.

The test software is delivered with the original dongle with Doli license.

Real-time load, displacement, deformation, time and external user-defined parameters can be presented with the test software, viewed graphically and all these data can be transferred to the graphic axes.

It has an overload protection system.

It has an automatic break detection system.

User defined methods can be created. It is possible to create 30 user-defined formulas and/or parameters based on force, displacement and deformation. This number can be increased with additional modules.

These parameters are recognized and reported both during the test control and at the end of the test.

The user can graph the values he chooses on the x and y axes and report these graphs.

The system has 10 different language options.

The units of the sensors measured in the system can be selected for monitoring and control.

Test procedures can be saved as a method file and recalled to the system.

The test files can be saved in program format with the graphic data, the program can be called again, the graph can be examined again and new calculations can be made to the program over the previous tests.

Limits are defined for each sensor read and controlled in the system, the engine can be stopped or the system status is fixed in case of exceeding the limit according to user selection.

Thanks to the TMB screen, the system has the ability to define new users, sensors, results and make calculations with various "C+" based codes.

The system is suitable for long-term tests and the frequency of data acquisition, recording and display can be determined by the user.
